Arizona breakroom, micro market and vending services

Nobody complains about a breakroom that works.

Whether you are replacing a vending company or starting from scratch, your team should not have to plan around empty shelves, broken machines, or expired products. Learn why Arizona workplaces have chosen and stayed with Premier Vending since 1982.

Always stockedThe shelf is full when your team gets there, and the coolers are stocked before lunch.
Nothing past dateNobody should have to check a label. We pull product ahead of the date on every visit.

Problems we solve

We have seen your breakroom problem before.

The complaints change with who is in the building. Open the closest match.

Desk-bound teams use the room in two bursts, arrival and midday. Coffee equipment sized to the morning rush, a cooler case stocked for the lunch hour, and cabinetry built to the room you have. Add an employer-funded pantry if you want part of it to read as a benefit. Best fit for offices where most people are on site during the same hours.

From the workplaces we serve

Why it works.

The program feels like it was designed for our people, and the service team is always one step ahead.

The shelves are full every time I walk in, and I have stopped fielding emails about the breakroom. It helps that the same driver has been on our site since day one.

Why it stays stocked

We run your breakroom like a store, not a stop on a route.

A national operator runs the same planogram through thousands of accounts, because that is what their scale requires. We build one room at a time.

  • Your route driver and service technician are local, and they are the same people every week.
  • Remote monitoring flags a low shelf before anyone reports it.
  • Locally owned and operated, with our own trucks and our own warehouse in Chandler.

How it works

Four steps to get started.

No cost for the equipment or the installation at any point. Already have a provider? We handle the changeover, including removing the old equipment.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the workplace

Headcount, shift schedule, square footage, and what is in the breakroom now. Two minutes on the form, or one call to Chandler.

  2. Step 2

    We walk the room

About 30 minutes on site. We measure the space, check power and water, and see where people go on break.

  3. Step 3

You get a plan in writing

Equipment, product mix, service schedule and pricing. On paper before you decide anything.

  4. Step 4

We install and keep it stocked

Installed in a single visit at no cost, then restocked from your real sales data and monitored remotely.

  • A local rep answers, and it is the same one every time.
  • Written plan and pricing before you commit.

Before you call

The questions we get most.

You do not need to know the exact equipment or service package before reaching out.

What does this cost us to get started?

For most locations, nothing. The consultation is free, the design is free, and if you move forward we own, install and maintain the equipment at no cost to you. You provide the space and a power outlet.

What does it cost on an ongoing basis?

That depends on your budget and what you want the program to do. Left alone, the service pays for itself through product sales and costs you nothing. If you would rather subsidize certain items or give your team credits and allowances, we build that in. It flexes to your budget either way.

How many employees do we need?

Our programs generally fit locations with 50 or more people on site, and micro markets start making sense around 25. Smaller or lower-traffic sites can still work with the right equipment. Tell us your numbers and we will be straight with you about fit.

What does our space need to have?

Less than most people expect. Anything from the footprint of a single vending machine to a full micro market build will work. You need available space, access to power, and ideally internet connectivity. Water and ice service also needs a water line. If you are unsure whether your room works, call us and we will tell you.

What is a micro market, exactly?

A self-serve, grab-and-go store in your breakroom. Open shelving, a refrigerated case for fresh food, and a self-checkout kiosk. It carries far more than a machine can hold, from deli-fresh sandwiches and bottled drinks to snacks, sundries and merchandise, and it is built to match your space rather than dropped in as-is.

What is the difference between a smart cooler and a micro market?

A micro market is an open store: shelving, coolers and a checkout kiosk, and it needs room for all three. A smart cooler is one secure unit. You unlock the door with a card or your phone, take what you want, close it, and it charges you for what came out. It fits where a market will not go, like a lobby, an upper floor or a satellite building, and it is the better answer when a machine cannot hold real food.

How long does installation take, and will it disrupt us?

Installation is completed in a single visit. We can schedule off-hours or between shifts, bring everything with us, and leave the space clean and stocked.

What happens when something breaks or runs out?

Our equipment reports inventory and faults remotely, so we often know before you do. When you do need us, we run a large fleet of fully equipped vehicles out of Chandler, so a local technician responds quickly.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No long contracts with complicated outs. We put our service commitments in writing, and if we do not hold up our end you are not trapped.

Can we choose the products, including healthier options?

Yes. You approve the product list before launch and we adjust it based on what actually sells. We also have an in-house dietician who does personal consultations and team sessions, and we carry all natural, organic, vegan, gluten-free, kosher certified and non-GMO options.

What payment options are available?

Tap, chip, swipe and mobile wallets are standard on every unit we install. Cash still works. Micro markets and smart coolers can also run on market cards, employee credits and payroll deduction if you want to use the room as a perk.

Do you handle coffee, supplies and water too, or just vending?

All of it. Micro markets, traditional vending, smart coolers, office coffee, break room supplies, and water and ice come from the same company, the same trucks and the same rep. One partner for the whole room, and one number to call.

We already have a vendor. Is switching a hassle?

It is the easiest part. We coordinate the changeover, remove the old equipment and install ours, usually with no gap in service for your team.
